At Anamsa, we follow a customer-friendly policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. We encourage you to ask as many questions as needed before confirming your order, including inquiries about fabric, design, measurements, or any other details that help with your purchase decision. We are always happy to assist you.
We offer returns/exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for replacement.
Some categories of products may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These items will be identified at the time of purchase. If your return/exchange request is accepted, we will inspect the returned item and notify you via email regarding its approval. Once approved, your request will be processed as per our policy.
To request an exchange or report damage, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery along with a mandatory parcel opening video for verification purposes.
Once your return request is verified, we will send you a replacement piece of the same design. If the design is unavailable, a credit note of the same value will be issued, valid for 30 days.
Returnable Items
- Items must be in original packaging, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Sale items and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No cancellations or refunds are entertained.
